Parent/Teacher Conferences
Earlier this year, the sixth
grade teachers piloted a program to sign up for conferences electronically. We are using this program to schedule parent
teacher conferences at all three grades in December.
Please follow the five steps below to sign up with as many teachers as
you wish. Remember, conferences are
assigned on a “first-come-first served” basis – Don’t wait and miss out on
scheduling your preferred times!

(or, if the link is not active you can copy and paste the link into your
browser)

Click the
teacher with whom you wish to schedule a conference and, then, find an
available time that works for you.

Once you've
selected the time, click "sign up", you will be asked to create an
account including your e-mail and a password. (If you already have an account
from the October conferences, you can just log in using the same log in and
password.) Creating an account allows you to receive a reminder just prior to
conferences and to change your conference time should you need to do so. This
will also allow you to recheck your schedule at a later date.

Be
sure to enter your child's name in the blank labeled "My Comment".

Repeat to sign
up for other teachers. (Since you are already logged in, it won't be necessary
to create an account, so signing up for additional teachers is very
quick.)
